Thus "Sojl" was born
The name "Sojl" (earth/soil) refers to a place that symbolizes growth, life, and progress. I believe that each of us needs good "soil": a nurturing environment that provides opportunities, nourishment, and space to grow in your own unique way.

At Sojl, you rent a space based on subscriptions tailored to your needs. No fixed time slots or minimum client requirements. You decide how many hours you want to rent a space and schedule it flexibly according to your agenda and capacity. Life circumstances change, and at Sojl, the planning changes with you.
Support
As a caregiver, you support others daily, but at Sojl, we believe that you also deserve that support. Whether it's a listening ear, a sounding board for your ideas, or an informal chat between sessions. Additionally, you can participate in monthly peer review sessions for extra support without any obligation.
Autonomy
At Sojl, you work completely autonomously. You choose your target audience, work methods, and freely experiment with group sessions, workshops, or new techniques. We provide the spaces (in various sizes & functionalities), and you fill them in according to your growth and needs.
